Netflix Will Air ‘Lucifer’ Season 6!

Netflix will air ‘Lucifer’ Season 6 as the streaming service saved the day for the series by allowing the show to run for 2 more seasons. However, the journey to bringing ‘Lucifer’ back to life has not been a smooth one. Fox Entertainment did not believe in the potential of the show becoming a hit and thus, cut off the series after 3 Seasons. However, the fans of the series did not take this lying down and started an online petition to bring back the show.

The reason behind ‘Lucifer’ being canceled:

Fox Entertainment not believing in the potential of the show is just one reason. Another reason is that there were rumors about troubles brewing between Warner Bros and actor Tom Ellis when he made demands after having signed the contract for Season 6. Though the production house tried its best to fulfill the actor’s demands, it was not enough for the actor. This tiff ended with the network canceling the new Season of the show altogether. Hence, the road to the revival of the series has not been a smooth one so far.

However, Netflix was the answer to fans’ prayers which ordered 2 more seasons of the series. Now, Netflix will air the latest season of the comedy-drama series. So, what made this series so popular? Let’s take a look at the plotline of the series.

‘Lucifer’ Plot:
