A friend of Sushant and a member of his staff have decided to go on a hunger strike from October 2, in view of the delay in the investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation on the case of Sushant Singh Rajput. According to sources, the late actor’s special friend Ganesh Hivarkar and employee Ankit Acharya demanded justice, saying that a hunger strike would be organized from October 2 and it would not end until Sushant Singh would get justice. Both these well-wishers of Sushant Singh said that it has not been a recent CBI update.
This comes shortly after Vikas Singh, a lawyer representing the family, expressed dissatisfaction with the “speed” of the CBI investigation. Singh said his family was unhappy with the new phase of the investigation and that the NCB was “paying attention” to the actual case. At a press conference on Friday, Singh said, “The family believes that the investigation is taking a different direction. All attention is focused on the drug case.”
Speaking to the media, Singh reiterated that an AIIMS doctor had told him that Sushant’s death was a “choking” rather than a “suicide.” When media representatives said Dr. Sudhir Gupta of the AIIMS Council declined to make such a claim, Singh said, “They have to make a call and make it public. It’s a public domain that only the Family will be able to respond to legally. Right now, we’re helpless. I don’t know where the case is going. ” On 19 August yesterday, the Supreme Court ordered the CBI to investigate the death of the actor.
It remains to be seen whether the CBI will take a different decision regarding this strike or will reveal the facts of the death investigation of the actor. Also, whether the Supreme Court will take any concrete steps regarding this strike. The question is many but the answer will be taken only on 2 October whether this decision of strike by Ganesh Hivarkar and Ankit Acharya will be successful. Will Sushant Singh get justice?
